Meal Plan 1 (Gluten Free/ Dairy Free)

So I know that things are still super crazy in the world. Some businesses are opening up, but things are far from normal. Or is this our “new normal”? I certainly hope this isn’t our new normal, but whatever it is, we have to make the best of it. The main thing is to be happy that we are safe!!

Whether you are still home all the time or back at work, everyone still needs to eat! For some reason we have such a hard time coming up with what is going to be for dinner. Don’t you talk on the phone saying something along the lines of, “what are you making for dinner? , what did you have for dinner last night? or why does everyone need to be fed every day?” Haha, it never ends!!

Hopefully this meal plan will help you out a little! Feel free to move meals around to suit your needs!

Monday: Sweet Beef and Veggie Stir Fry

Tuesday: Veggie Chili and Corn Bread – Vegan

Wednesday: Chicken Souvlaki and Broccoli Salad

Thursday: Sloppy Joes and Mexican Quinoa Salad

Friday: Beef Nachos with Sweet Potato Chips

Saturday: Zucchini Pesto Lasagna with Cashew Cream – Vegan

Sunday: Ginger Apple Pork Roast and Roasted Sweet Potatoes
