I’m excited to explore these. My son is DF, GF, Egg Free, Nut-Free along with several others. I rarely bake cookies but I’ve been wanting to find a great recipe for cookies while we celebrate Christmas.

Hi. I made the decedent double chocolate bites but just the brownie cookie part and made it into cookies. It seems grainy in texture and dry. Is that because I used cacao instead of cocoa? Or is at normal for gluten free cookies. I also used coconut sugar and unsweetened carob chips because I couldn’t find sugar free/dairy free chocolate chips. I also used robin hood all purpose gluten free flour. Maybe its the flour?

Maybe it’s the flour. I have used cacao and cocoa. Mine are always moist and no one can ever tell that they are even gluten free.
