A 6 inch- 3 layer Or 9 inch- 2 layer carrot cake made with whole grain gluten free flour and no artificial colours, sweeteners, dairy or eggs.
Please give 48 hours as all products are made fresh. I have been gluten, dairy, and sugar free since 2010 and egg free since 2013. I am certified in culinary nutrition and food handler training. My kitchen is Durham Region Dine Safe.
