Paleo Biscuits (Gluten Free/ Vegan/ Dairy Free/ Nut Free)

I’ve been playing with Paleo baking much more these days. I have also been trying to make more nut free recipes as there are so many people that can’t have nuts.  These biscuits are so easy to make and delicious! Great to add strawberry jam onto.

  1. These sound great! I’m all over the gluten-free stuff =) I haven’t had much luck with coconut flour, but I may as well give it another shot.

    1. I haven’t had a whole lot of luck with it either, but I keep playing around with it. The coconut flour worked great in this recipe. I can’t get enough of these biscuits! I keep making a new batch every week so that I can put my strawberry jam on them 🙂

    1. Thanks Ginny! You could substitute arrowroot starch or corn starch but then it’s not paleo.

  2. I love that these are paleo AND nut-free! Great recipe, Sandi! I’m going to be featuring it at this weekend’s Savoring Saturdays – hope to see you there!

  3. I made these this morning and they are delicious… and so easy…much better than the coconut flour biscuits I came up with on my own. I can’t have lemon so I used coconut yogurt and it worked fine.

I like these as much as my almond flour and cashew flour biscuits and these are more budget friendly.

    Thank you for sharing!
